The SLP team can visit your school to provide 121 or group training on a variety of topics. We offer two levels of training, General and Focused.


Training can cover any topic that meets your requirements. Whether that is managing permissions and access, managing your public or internal content in more effective ways or displaying information in new and interesting formats.

Costs are as follows:

121 Support - This covers basic training on elements of SLP documented here in SLP Support or any type of task which is simple and "out of the box".

£202 Full Day (6 hours 30 minutes)
£114 Half Day (3 hours 15 minutes)
£47 per hour

Bespoke / Technical - Covering SLP and it's functionality in more depth, configuration of advanced settings, training and explanation of advanced features.

£337 Full Day (6 hours 30 minutes)
£187 Half Day (3 hours 15 minutes)
£67 per hour

Additional features available in SLP are documented in our Support Guidance, but for further support we offer the option of a half day's visit by a member of the SLP Support team to train you and configure these features.

All of these features must be requested by logging a call for SLP Support via the SWO Service Desk.

  • School Improvement Tool  - This feature requires a half or whole day visit.
    • £187 (half day), £337 (whole day)
  • ICT Fault Report Form - Optional half day's training to train and configure the feature, ready to go!
    • £114 (half day)
