iSIT.pngThe Integrated School Improvement Tool (iSIT) is a suite of tools and techniques designed to help schools take their planning, strategic thinking and implementation to the next level.

This approach to school improvement planning aims to raise standards of attainment and promote the well-being of students. iSIT provides school leaders with an all-in-one user friendly online system to support Self-Evaluation, School Development, Monitoring and Appraisal.

The iSIT has been used successfully to support School Improvement across Community Learning Partnerships (CLPs).

What Schools are saying about iSIT

iSIT is a powerful and flexible tool to support school improvement, it allows a headteacher to design and manage their schools strategy for improvement, meeting their individual needs and enhancing their existing practice.

David Norton (Headteacher) King Ina Academy

‘ELIM has been very helpful and supportive in getting the iSIT up and running at Otterhampton Primary School.  It is going to be really valuable in taking the school forward following our recent OfSTED inspection.  The tool is easy to use and accessible to all staff to use in school and when working from home.  ELIM have also carried out training for our local group of schools, the Quantock Group to develop a ‘Group Improvement Tool’ for all headteachers to share information and data.  This is only in its infancy but we can already see the benefits of this for the future of our group’
Bridget Hemmings, (Headteacher) Otterhampton Primary School
