Contact Us

The information in the Schools Directory comes from the EMS database.  

Updates to the Payroll system should ensure that the EMS database passes on those updates to the Directory in the normal course of events.

Update your Contact Information

However, if you find that an expected update has not appeared, these are the contacts you should make:

  • Headteacher - email with the name of your new or acting Headteacher
  • School Finance - email with the name of your new School Finance contact
  • Chair of Governors/Clerk to Governors - email with the name or your new Chair of Governors or Clerk to the Governors
  • School Website Address - to request an update to the web address of your school's website, please download and save a copy of the School Keyholder Template (IPOSTID-2-2669) from iPost and enter all the relevant details, including the full URL of the new website, in the 'Any other comments' box, then mail the completed Template form to

NB. Please note that any amendment made to the EMS database will not appear on the same day it is made: the system updates overnight and the new information displays from the following day onwards.
